How long will it take to process my address change request?

It only takes a few minutes to place your order with ChangeAddressOnline.com. All we need is your move information and contact information to submit the request with the USPS® and then we’ll process your payment using our secure proprietary form fullfilment system to complete the transaction. The official address change request with the USPS® is performed immediately upon you completing the above steps, however, it may take the post office 72 hours for their records to reflect the change. Additionally per USPS® guidelines, it may take 7-10 business days for your mail to begin forwarding to your new address.

How do I know my address change has been processed?

Once you complete your order, you will receive an email from us letting you know that your Address Change has been submitted. It usually takes few moments to get this email, but can take up to a few hours. Friendly reminder - don't forget to check your spam folder in case it is being filtered by your email provider. A few days later, the USPS® will send you a separate email confirmation notifying you that your request has officially been filed with USPS®.

What does ChangeAddressOnline.com do? How much does it cost?

ChangeAddressOnline.com simplifies USPS® address change requests for our customers, making moving faster, easier, secure, and more streamlined. Is my information safe?

Your security is our top priority. All information submitted during this process is safeguarded. Your transactions are secured with Transport Layer Security (TLS). We do not sell any information to unauthorized third parties.

What happens if I made a mistake with my address change?

We will help resolve this right away. If you realise after address change completion that a mistake was made while filling the form, or you no longer require the address change, please contact us and we will be happy to make the correction. Additionally, we will cancel or refund any duplicate transactions.
